Reiki with affirmation therapy

What does affirmation therapy stand for?

Our mind and core belief patterns were formed in our childhood by our upbringing, schooling, childhood and adolescent experiences and social life and got “burnt” into our subconscious. These mental patterns are stored in the “medulla oblongata” (situated on the lower back of your head towards the neck) which is connected to our spine and therefore connected with our energy centres. Many of those core belief patterns are of negative nature (“you are not good enough, you are not worth anything”etc) and when being exposed to them on a regular basis it will affect your life by blocking/ distracting /violating your mental patterns and can result in diseases.Thoughts are energy and this energy is subject to the universal law of attraction (you receive what you sent out). That means all your thoughts and emotions that you send out into the universe attract situations and people of the same frequency. If your emotions, thoughts and words are positif, that’s what you’ll get back and vice versa by sending out negative thoughts and feelings.

What are the benefits of affirmation therapy?

With the affirmation therapy we free our subconscious from the negative and destructive belief patterns and change or replace them with new positive healthy thought patterns.

By using specific affirmations we can replace old patterns and re-program our beliefs which results in changing the image of our reality and achieving a new re-orientated behaviour.

The specific affirmation, that has been developed by the client and the practitioner together, will be integrated into the Reiki treatment session by energy transmission.

An affirmation is a statement that is carefully crafted to address an unwanted pattern and transform it through the use of positive thoughts.

Examples for affirmations:

  • I love and appreciate my body the way it is
  • I accept my partner the way he is and I am accepted by him the way I am.
